Enjoying the View

On the way to my friend Scott’s wedding in Toledo, Spain, our tour bus made a stop so we could take a few pictures. This is a timeline of what that experience was like for me.
0 seconds: This is pretty.
30 seconds: What is everyone looking at?
1 minute: Maybe I am missing something. I will focus in on a small detail and try to appreciate the richness of its history.
5 minutes: Why aren’t we leaving?
10 minutes: I will now refuse to enjoy myself to punish everyone for taking so long.
15 minutes: I refuse to ever enjoy looking at anything ever again.
