&lt;p&gt;I can see LOTS of psychological reasons why people use Twitter.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I can see lots of reasons why a boss/business would want people to Yammer.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;But I can&#039;t see why an employee would WANT to do it.  Does it really move the needle?  Does it make their job easier?  Or is it just a lighter way to fill out a time entry form?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&#039;ll be interested to read &quot;Our first 6 months with Yammer&quot; posts... in 6 months. ;-)&lt;/p&gt;
